Florida Department Of Education Rules School Must Reopen Next Month

Tallahassee, Florida, (Florida News Network)-The executive order signed by Commissioner of Education Richard Corcoran mandates school boards and charter school governing boards must open brick and mortar schools at least five days a week, beginning in August. Schools must follow Department of Health Guidelines. Districts must submit their reopening plans to the Department of Education. School boards must also submit their plans for virtual learning to the board for approval.
