Tropical Depression Likely To Form; More Rain Coming This Way

There are seventeen days left in the Atlantic hurricane season, and while relatively quiet, the National Hurricane Center's senior hurricane specialist Phillipe Papin says they're watching one particular system in the western caribbean that has about a 60% chance of development.

Papin says that the threat from this system to Florida or any part of the U.S. is minimal to nil. He does however point to the likelihood of us experiencing more rain showers due to the approaching El Niño winter.
